My wife and I have been working with Monarch Custom Homes since 2019. When we started the process of deciding what custom builder to use, we insisted on looking into only the very best and most reputable builders in the Hayden, Idaho area.

We met with 3 different builders and decided to move forward with Monarch Custom Homes due to their genuine love for building custom homes. We are incredibly happy with our decision, and they have built us, quite possibly, one of the nicest homes in the area.

After helping us with the design process, Monarch started breaking ground in August of 2020. Throughout the process, both my wife and I felt completely comfortable asking any questions we needed answers to and getting all our phone calls and emails responded to in a timely fashion.
Throughout the building process, Monarch assisted us in deciding what sub-contractors to use, and often recommended items that weren’t in our original design that made our house absolutely perfect. Thank you, Eric, for all your suggestions!

We moved into our home on September 1st, 2021. I am writing this testimonial exactly 1 year after we have moved in, and there is no doubt that my wife and I are completely happy with the quality of our home, and how perfect it is for us.

What a spectacular house Monarch built for Scott and I. Almost four years later, we still aren’t tired of hearing our guests as they enter our home for the first time and gasp and say “What a beautiful home you have.” It’s fun to watch them admire, inspect on comment on the quality of construction from the outside to the inside. The home Monarch recently constructed for us exceeded our expectations. Our home is extremely well-built and everyone that works for Monarch is skilled, friendly, professional, and helpful. They offered great suggestions along the way and we greatly valued their professional input. The subcontractors that Monarch works with were excellent as well. I hope this is my forever home, but if I build again I would be happy to work with Monarch. If you choose them as a builder, I guarantee you will be very pleased with the finished product.

I HIGHLY recommend Monarch Custom Homes!! Joel, Shaun, Eric and their team are very professional, personal and patient. We absolutely love our new home and can’t find a thing we would change. The few minor items that required additional attention after closing were promptly addressed by Joel.
